Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–21 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery windows and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

From time to time, Maple & Birch may offer promotional free shipping on qualifying purchases.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier's system.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Maple & Birch is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in locating your shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Maple & Birch is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. While we will make every effort to update the information, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their local government.
