Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or tested.

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unused and unopened
In their original packaging
In resalable condition
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Opened skincare products
Opened cosmetics or beauty products
Used or tested products
Gift cards
Promotional or final sale items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
